And in case of a service trouble, our skilled server administrators will be notified instantaneously and they will solve the issue ASAP.

Weekly Backups

Making a backup of a VPS Web Hosting Plan is not the easiest task on earth. You will either need to use another server or your personal computer, or assign some third–party tool. We offer a much simpler and easier option with our Managed Servers offer. We’ll make a full backup copy of your server on a weekly basis, so you never need to fear permanently losing any key information. And we can always recover a backup very fast. All backups we make are held on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Web Hosting Plan, you have complete freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. However, certain scripts are more difficult to install and might require some extra configuration on your part. This is when our Managed Servers option will help you out. It includes 30 minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – which means you will be able to literally hire one of our seasoned server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of app whatsoever that you desire. Alternatively have him resolve an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Web Hosting Plans and is an optional feature for our KVM VPS Web Hosting Plans.
